Google's N13,000 Freetel Ice 2 Has Been Launched

Google announced sometime back that it'll be launching the Freetel Ice 2 device in Nigeria.
The Freetel Ice 2 is not a Google smartphone, but Google partnered with a Japanese smart phone brand TD Mobile, to launch the smartphone in Nigerian.

Freetel Ice 2 device
The smartphone has been launched and is Google GMS certified, meaning that the device meets Google’s performance requirements and properly runs Google Apps. The device was also launched in partnership with MTN and comes pre-loaded with MTN’s latest apps including MTN Music Plus.

In addition, all customers who buy the device will enjoy double data bonus on every data bundle they purchase for three months

The device also comes pre-loaded with World reader’s free e-library of 50,000 e-books – an app that enables users to read their favorite books at no cost.
