Few months ago, it was announced that Xiaomi(which one of the top smartphone company of China) was heading to Nigeria.
There were mixed reactions, some couldn't wait and some didn't care.
That time is now, Xiaomi has officially been launched in Nigeria and they are started with two awesome devices, Xiaomi Mi4(a high-end device) and Xiaomi Redmi 2(Mid-range).
As at the time of writing this post, the devices are exclusively on sale on Jumia.
Judging from the success recorded by Xiaomi in China and India smartphone lovers are looking forward to an awesome encounter with Xiaomi.
They(Xiaomi) are looking to steal the low end market in Nigeria just as they did in China but I've got to say, it's not going to be easy seeing as we already have smartphone companies like Infinix and Tecno dominating the Nigerian market.
Before I start with the spec list, I'd like to point out that Redmi 2 and Redmi Note 2 are two different devices.
