We all love Fridays, the church goers have vigil, school children finally get the weekend rest and let's not forget the 'G-Boys' do a special type of clubbing on Fridays. For me, Fridays mean weekend is here and weekend means less working and more lazying around.
Long story short we all love Fridays and it appears Glo does too. Glo officially launched a new data plan tagged TGIF.
Glo TGIF is a new data plan that gives you 3GB of data for just N500 usable during weekends.

The Glo TGIF data is valid from 12:01 am every Saturday morning to Sunday evening at 11:59pm. I wonder they called it TGIF, when it's not usable on Fridays😕.
To subscribe for Glo Weekend Plan, dial *777# and follow the prompt(data services > buy data > Night and weekend plan) or simply dial *777*1*1*7#
Glo is really trying hard to appeal to Nigerians however to get people to use your network, you need to have a good coverage.
Personally, I don't mind ditching my several years old MTN SIM card for Glo if they can adequately improve their network quality. They have nice cheap data plans, nice tariff plans but poor coverage.
